How do I make a return?

We are happy to provide full refunds on items returned within 30 days of delivery.  More information can be found here.

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

Once your return arrives back to us and has been checked by our team, your refund will be processed.  Although we expect it to be much sooner, please allow up to 14 business days for the money to appear back in your account.

How do I care for my items?

We advise that you do not wear your jewelry while sleeping, exercising, or in water.
We recommend keeping your jewelry in a cool, dry place when it’s not being worn.
Clean gently using a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
